Types We Perform

Total Shoulder Replacement (Anatomical)

Replaces both the ball and socket of the shoulder. Best for shoulder arthritis with a healthy rotator cuff.

Reverse Shoulder Replacement

Reverses the ball and socket configuration to let the deltoid muscle move the arm. Designed for patients with rotator cuff arthropathy or complex fractures.

Elbow Replacement

For severe elbow arthritis, complex intra articular elbow fractures and rheumatoid destruction that non-surgical care can no longer manage.

Everything you need to know about our services, sessions, therapists, and booking process all in one place.

Anatomical shoulder replacement preserves the natural ball on socket configuration and is used when the rotator cuff muscles are intact. Reverse shoulder replacement swaps the ball and socket positions so the deltoid muscle can move the arm it is used when the rotator cuff is torn beyond repair.
Most patients wear an arm sling for 4–6 weeks after shoulder replacement, begin structured physiotherapy within days, and see meaningful improvement in pain and range of motion by 3 months. Full recovery to comfortable overhead activity typically takes 6 months.
Elbow replacement is less common than knee or hip replacement, but it is a well-established procedure for severe elbow arthritis and certain complex elbow fractures particularly in older patients. It provides excellent pain relief and functional use of the arm.
